My dog Sunny was having an allergic reaction, and even though we didn’t have an appointment, they got us in so quickly. The entire staff was incredibly patient, understanding, and kind during a stressful moment.

This place truly treats you like you matter not just another transaction. You can tell they genuinely care about your dogs and about you, and they take the time to help you choose what’s best.

Hub City is seriously my favorite.

We have recently moved back after 30 years and needed to find a vet. I absolutely loved my old vet in my home town. So my expectations were hopeful but not really feeling like we would find our vet first try. We had an emergency situation with our cat and knew it could go either way sadly. I googled a vet by location and reviews. This ticked a box. I didn’t expect more.
I was wrong. We had to put our best friend down. It was awful and traumatizing and during the whole experience they were so kind. I had actually never experienced such kindness. Not clinical but actual empathy. They did not push us, they presented the facts but not cold and clinical. They stated they supported whatever we wanted but presented truth, care and options. They functioned as a working team. That day sucked so bad. We left, like you do, empty handed, destroyed, and changed.
The card we received with all the hand written notes about our pet, not a stamp, an actual hand written message a week later… I’m so grateful. Anyway, long story short- we have two golden retrievers also, so we have found our vet. I hope you all do not go to her, so we never have to wait in line.😉

I cannot stress enough what an AMAZING experience we had with Hub City Vet. We were on a crunch time to get a health certificate to travel with our cats too another country. They are not our normal vet but they did everything in their power to help us get the health certificate mailed in and finished within the 10-day time frame. They even worked late on New Year's Eve and we cannot thank them enough for all of the hard work they put in for our animals and us. If I could give more than five stars I would because they went above and beyond. We wished that we had had them as our vet sooner. We definitely recommend them to everyone.

You cannot find a better team of people who love animals more than Hub City Veterinary Clinic! They are ALL fabulous!! So appreciative of Dr. Heatwole and his idea of trying laser therapy to combat our dog’s Degenerative Myopathy symptoms. Because of this miraculous treatment our dog can now get up, run, play, take long walks and get in and out of the car without help. Before these treatments began she couldn’t do any of those things. So appreciative!

We’ve had great vet techs at Hub City Vet! But Logan went above and beyond for us today and I appreciated his kindness. Dr Caleb was great and also went above and beyond to accommodate us. The best vet office in town!

We always get great service and care for our two older dogs. Wouldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Everyone there is always very helpful!

I made an appointment here the day after Christmas due to my regular vet’s office being closed. Everyone I encountered was so sweet and you could tell they genuinely loved animals. They took their time with my boy Stewie and gave him a thorough exam. I was very pleased with my experience and highly recommend them to care for your pets. I will be a regular client from now on.

Dr. Stone and the entire staff was amazing. Truly the best vet visit we have ever experienced. It was our first time there and they were all so nice, friendly, and super kind. I had a great experience here! I have a very nervous rescue dog, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that he felt comfortable. They gave him space, lots of whipped cream, and went at his own pace, even if that meant the appointment took a little bit longer. I am grateful we found a place that very clearly cares about my pets health but also his experience while at the vet.

After making Lubbock my home, I was looking for a Veterinary Clinic that met my many requirements for my Standard Poodle. Well, I found it and more… Hub City Veterinary Clinic, from the ladies at the front desk, to the Vet Techs, and the Doctor’s.
I’m overjoyed with the friendliness, cleanliness, and the knowledge of each person I have been involved with. I have now added a new puppy to our family, and have had the continued excellent care I have always received.
They treat you like part of the family and care for your fur family, I couldn’t ask for better care !

Absolutely love them! We have had nothing but great experiences with them! Dr. Heatwole and Dr. Cloud are truly the best! Dr. Heatwole did my dogs TPLO surgery and they have contacted me every step of the way checking on him! And have tried to fit me in no matter what, listened to my concerns, and Dr. Heatwole was even going to come in on his day off to see my dogs when he didn’t have to.

Visited Hub City for our puppy’s first wellness check and had an absolutely perfect visit!

The staff was super welcoming and gave our puppy all the love. Dr. Stone and Abigail did the checkup for our baby and were both very accommodating, answered all the questions we had as first time dog parents, and even took an adorable photo with our puppy. They both went above and beyond and we left raving about how awesome a visit it was and how glad we were that we picked this vet.

Looking forward to continue with Hub City for all our baby’s needs!!

All of the staff at Hub City Vet are very nice and take time to answer all questions. They were all very kind to our dog. They did a great job on his TPLO surgery and post-op care!

Every single time I am here it’s been immaculate. The staff, the Doctors, the vibes. Everything from your pets care to transparency to service - it is excellent every time. Veterinary care in general is not cheap but remember, you get what you pay for. When you support good quality vet care and you go to Hub City you are supporting a locally owned small business. My dogs & I love Hub City Vet!

Hub City Vet Clinic is amazing. We take both my golden girls here for all their care. All of their staff is friendly and caring. The clinic is always clean.
Dr. Maddie provides our girls great routine care, is very knowledgeable, and provides education when needed. When we need to get in for sick visits every Vet we have seen has been nice and patient with our sick babies. We get calls the next day to check in to see how they are doing. They ask if we have any other questions or concerns.

I like taking my dog, Rohn, to see Dr. Bridge at Hub City. She takes a lot of time to talk with us about what is going on and treats my dog with kindness. They also provide food during procedures like injections and exams which helps make it a more positive experience.

Best Vet clinic in town. They extracted 16 teeth from my 14 year old dog ultimately saving his life. Prior to this, 2 different vet clinics in town wouldn’t work on him due to elevated liver enzymes in blood work which was a result of the infection caused by the bad teeth that needed to be pulled. Quite frustrating. Since then, I’ve seen 3-4 different vets at this clinic. All are top notch. Highly recommend.

Dr. Falcon, Shelby, Clair, Renee & the entirety of the HCV team are exceptional. Our baby Peaches had a complex health scare over the last few weeks at every turn they went above and beyond to treat her and get her well. The communication was top notch. The way the fight for our animals is unlike any other vet I have ever been to. She even had to be hospitalized for two days & while she was there they called often with updates on how she was doing & never made me feel like a bother with all my questions. Each explanation was thoughtful and clear! We are so grateful that we found this place last year after a devastating experience elsewhere when we lost our other fur baby. If you are in need of compassionate & devoted care for your babies, this is the place to go!! Thank you all for helping our girl get back to herself!

I have been taking my 3 dogs there for years they are wonderful and the dogs love them!! I am so glad I found them!! My dogs are older and still doing well because of them. If you need a vet go there!!

Dr. Bridge and entire staff at Hub City was amazing when our boy Murphy had an emergency GVD surgery. They were kind, supportive and gave us excellent communication throughout the entire process. I cannot say enough good things. So thankful for them saving our boys life!

I had just adopted a kitten, Theo, and needed to bring him in to receive his first round of shots and Hub City made time to see my little guy that day! Dr. Falcon and the Vet Techs working with Theo made it so seamless and stress free for him! Hub City is top notch and the other employees (Doctors, techs, etc) were so polite and made time to come and see Theo throughout the visit.

We brought Cisco to be checked out since he was throwing up water and his meal. It was a puppy that we purchased to deal with my depression. They were able to test him on everything that was needed to find out what was wrong with him. With all the medication he needed. Within one day. He was feeling better. The next day, got a phone call from Hub City to check on Cisco. Never had a vet call to check on him. Just wish the location was closer.

I haves used Hub City Vet for years! I have brought this team of vets some of the craziest circumstances with my cats and they always know what to do. Dr Heatwole saved my cats life with a needed surgery. Dr. Cloud is amazing and Dr Bridge is a forever friend. Dr Bridge was there for me today when I had to make a very difficult decision about my poor little Pip that was never going to recovery from a terrible illness I love this place more than I can say because they are just real down to earth people that care. We love you guys and thank you ! ??

I did TONS of research after having such a horrible time at the first vet office I took my pet too. I came across hub cities vet, read the reviews and decided to try it out knowing I was having to travel a little ways did make me nervous but the experience I have with hub city is literally AMAZING I really couldn’t be more great full I found such amazing vet for my dog, I travel a hour and 1/2 for her appointments and it’s something I will be always willing to do. they not only sit there and willingly listen to your concerns they go through every little detail about your dog to make sure not only you were comfortable with your visit but your pet as well. I seriously couldn’t be more thankful I found such amazing vet. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE NEEDING TO FIND AMAZING VET

I have seen Dr heatwole for about 15 years now. I have followed him to a few different clinics. I take all 4 of my fur babies to see him and when one passed away recently I received and card with all the staff signing it and flowers. He is the ABSOLUTE BEST vet ever! Several times he’s has even called me to check up on my dogs. There is no other vet I trust like I do him. I recommend hub city vet to everyone!

Truly couldn't recommend Hub City Vet more - they have been voted as the best in Lubbock for a reason! My first baby is my dog and they have truly treated me and my dog with such compassion and care beyond expectations. Dr. Bridge is our go to but we have seen all of the vets before and they are all wonderful. Your fur baby will be so loved and cared for at Hub City Vet!

We had such an amazing visit. It was our first time. We came for a second opinion after our dog didn't get better from the prior vet's work. I don't know their names, but the two individuals that helped us were fantastic. We were timely moved to a room (no waiting 45+ minutes) and we loved that we didn't have to check back out up front. We paid in the room and were free to go. My husband commented several times on how they knew exactly what the charges were going to be and told us what we'd be getting in return. It was just a very different experience than what we're accustom to.

Amazing staff and wonderful doctors. Always make sure both my little fur babies are comfortable and taken care of during our visits. Response times for requesting appointments or sending a chat message are always super fast as well. Thank you for genuinely caring and making sure my animals are healthy!!

I have been dealing with bloat for 4 months with another vet. Henri were in experiment mode and he just was not getting well. After a friend recommended Hub City Vet to me, I made an appointment and so glad I did. We now have a plan and really looking forward to reaching our long and short term goals. Thank you Hub City.

Yesterday was our first appointment with Hub City and Dr. Maddi and her staff were both wonderful and delightful! Walking in and the personal greeting from the front staff was great and we were called back to our room quickly! The tech was very very sweet, I didn't catch her name but she did an outstanding job with our baby! She took her back for some labs and brought her back very quickly, which we appreciate! Dr. Maddi was just precious and took a genuine interest in our girl! Reassured us she is in great shape and doing well despite losing 2 siblings in the past year. Overall we had a great experience, got our girl vaccinated for another year and have found ourselves a GREAT new clinic close to home!!

We had our very first visit to Hub City Vet Clinic last week. We saw Dr. Bridge, and I cannot speak highly enough of her. My sweet pup has pretty bad anxiety when it comes to the vet, and I saw that anxiety melt away when Dr. Bridge was taking care of my girl. She was so gentle, even getting on the floor to comfort my pup during the exam. She is a wonderful Dr. and a precious human. Just when I thought Dr. Bridge and her team couldn’t get any better, I got a letter in the mail. I am 37 weeks pregnant and we chatted a little bit about baby during our visit. This letter was a card signed by the whole clinic congratulating us on our sweet new baby. So so sweet! I am so thankful we found Hub City Vet Clinic and Dr. Bridge!

Have been a customer for several years. The staff has been awesome, the vet care exceptional and the doctors are amazing. Today we had to put our 12 year old German shepherd down. I can’t even begin to express my gratitude to this clinic and the people in it. A few weeks ago I had to put down my sweet sweet Cosmo. It was my first time going through the process. I called 3 vets here in LBK and Hub City was the only place that responded with compassion. I could feel the genuineness in Rachel’s voice every time she answered the phone. I immediately knew this is where I had to bring him. The experience although heartbreaking and without a doubt the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do, every one I encountered that day was so attentive, patient, and kind. There was no judgement and no unnecessary pressures. They made it easier to smile and even laugh a little. Dr. Bridge made the entire process so intimate and comforting. She saw not only the pain of my dog but my pain. Again, I just can’t express how awesome the entire staff is here. I can say God truly put us in the right place that day. Dr. Cloud and her staff are AMAZING! We never received great vet care in the past at other offices until we switched to Hub City Vet in 2019. Dr. Cloud has been wonderful to work with and has been nothing but amazing for my Adam boy. She is the only vet who has offered to do detailed workups and takes her time to listen and explain things in detail. I’m forever grateful for being referred to Hub City Vet and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to treat his Cushions disease and hyperparathyroidism. I always recommend Hub City Vet any chance I get!

All of you are AWESOME. We bought our 2 7 year old cats in for their yearly which is normally stressful for them. But everyone was so good with them, our biggest cat was laying on the floor just chillin at the end of the visit. We will always come here. In fact our daughter is going to bring her 2 cats to you.
