I have been taking my cats to Hub City for several years. The entire staff is kind and I appreciate the next day follow ups. My cat recently had to be hospitalized there and I want to express my gratitude to Dr Stone, Dr Bridge, Hallie, Katie and all those who cared for him and loved on him. We humbly and graciously thank Dr. Madi McIntire and her team for the exceptionally great service that they gave to us and our cat.  We were greeted with kindness and professionalism, and when we went back for our cat to be seen, we were treated with kindness and empathy.   The comfort of our cat and our comfort was given the upmost respect!  We left with a peace of mind knowing that our cat’s needs had been addressed. My dog Stewie has not been himself lately so I made an appointment with Dr. Madi at Hub City.  She took the time to visit with me about my concerns and did a thorough exam of Stewie. I appreciated that she took her time with me and did not make me feel rushed at all.  I love that the receptionist always gives Stewie a little praise and a treat when we go in.  It helps to make his experience just a little better.
